tripped twice in the first half mile. the first time i caught myself after a few giraffe sized gallops. the second time i fell right to the hip i bruised snowboarding yesterday and wound up looking up at the trees from the flat of my back (which was actually beautiful on this sunny day). the rest of the run was not as eventful - for the better. hamstring felt tight, but better than the previous few runs. I've been rolling and stretching much more.
