this hurt. relatively flat leg of rgr (100 ft elev gain total) and a little wind. i came out a around 530 pace (nothing too crazy at all). my avg pace at two miles was 5:50. the next two i avg 6:08. the last bit was a painful 6:12. Ive been much faster in workouts. maybe my mileage is too high. My hamstrings pretty much said "eat a bag of dirt, youre not going faster, loser"
