wind at my back on the odd reps and vice versa on the even. avg was about 2:45 min. splits: 2:47/50.5/40.5/45.5/42/48/40/47.5.

legs felt tired - really had to work up the energy to get out the door. the rain and wind didnt help much and i was often dragging my soaking wet feet through large puddles.

all in all it was still a good day. i needed to get out and grind through that, for the mental workout if nothing else. put the marathon flats back on and they felt good. looking forward to rock these during the half marathon coming up.
