Felt good on tired legs and in trainers. Happy with the unintentional progression of splits. Started closer to group 2A paces and worked closer to group 2 times. Ran with rob (i.e. ran my pace and he ran his, then I tried holding off rob from passing me in the last minute. I didnt ha).

Hills done on the SW hill of the newberry loop in the dark by headlamp. Not ideal but Interesting. Supposed to be at mile effort pace... so this was what that kinda felt like.
