light 20 min tempo + strides
Warm up. 20 min tempo @ 6min. Jog. 4 laps x stride the straights and jog the curves. Cool down.
Definitely a little sore from the weekend still but this was a good workout for sure. Dialed in the pace and just went. Better yet, got to watch the sun set behind the Olympics the whole time on this uncanny clear December day.
Last workout of the season. Just need to feel fresh in a few days! Getting excited.
