looking back, i had a good workout. my slowest reps were actually on pace for my season goal 8k pace. it was just really disheartening being last in the pack rep after rep. it wasnt until the least couple reps that i started pulling in the ppl who went out too hard.

More importantly, im a big dumb idiot for ever eating a siracha covered buffalo chicken pizza the night before a race. debated adding another rep due to my skipped rep but my digestive track said no.
