threshold felt good. got out a little hot and anthony took the end harder, I tried keeping it on pace (thats why the last one was a bit slower), but smooth overall.

200s felt weird. havent gone fast fast in a long time. started with a weird choppy stride but got better as the reps went on. Felt good but this workout was too short and lax to draw any big conclusions from.
