The idea was to have the second of each distance be faster than he first, and while i accomplished that at a a semi-respectable pace, i got smoked by everyone i normally pace with. I had heavy legs from yesterday's climbing and my stomach was unsettled all evening. it was just a grind hanging out in no man's land.
