first km felt good. rolled with group 2. however, i should have stepped back in the tempo. rolled with group 2 again and they started at 540. knowing how my past workouts went, i should have at started around 5:50 and gone from there. instead, the wheels came off and each mile was much slower than the last. this made the last km tough. i felt my form falling apart. it was slow.
Big takeaways: this hurt ha. i have work to do and a base to build. despite the less than ideal paces, this was a good wake up call. im ready to get fit.
