4x10-minute Tempo Intervals with 2:00 rest

first rep felt good. a little conservative as planned. second was a little slower but much hillier. still on track. third was garbage. stomach issues played a part. within the 2 min rest, i was able to slip into the bathroom. closed alright in the last set.

however, i did get my racing flats in the mail today ((nike zoom fly) and had the pleasure of breaking them in. they feel goood.
