Coach said to find a second each mile... we found about 10. it would have been nice to break 5 in the last mile, but then again, I havent run a 5 min mile in many moons. My body wasnt feeling poppy per se, but it was fun to grind with Patrick, Rob, and the rest of them.
rob and i showed up late and only got a mile warm-up. felt it during rep one, but i was over it by rep 2.
tornado weather before the workout, but afterwards it was wonderful track weather.
