3xk with the felty squad + 2xk with Brian.

Went to the track to say hi to the guys and jog laps. But I felt good and got suckered in (the PT did say try different speeds). Went through 3 reps with the guys and felt good. My hip wasn't bad but noticable and I wasn't taking any chances. So I cooled it a bit and helped Brian pace and neg split (although he was already running through the 200s like a metronome). Some subtle dull lingering pain after but low on the pain scale.
