2x12 min tempo w/ "hill transitions"
Rob and Pat tempo-ing in the glow of our headlamps. Did not have any pop in my legs. Maybe still tired from the long run. Started at group 2 pace but fell back into the group 2A pace. Happy it's done but I need to put my legs up before the race.
Note:
HR was astronaumically high. maybe i do need to cool it.
