Fartlek: 2x(2:1), 2x(3:1), 4:2, 2x(3:1), 2x(2:1)

2 up and 2 down. 2 min intervals at 5k pace. Other hard reps at 10k. Easy intervals at 7 min miles. (Group 2A paces: 5:37/48 I was shooting for a little faster)

Not great. I did it at newberry to introduce an xc feel, which would cause the reps to be slower, but damn these were slow. Even did the first rep on the roads to dial it in and it was way off. I felt lethargic going into the workout, had GI issues on the run (had to take a shit after first 3 min rep and still didnt feel great the rest of the workout), and maybe I still had the long weekend in my legs, but those r just excuses. It just wasnt there today. Moreover, I just need a running partner asap.
