Set out to do a work out but again had to call it early. Warm up felt fine. First set was hard on the left knee. Ten steps into the second set was even sharper than the first and i just jogged it home. Very frustrating and i wasn't even taking tight turns on a track. It's right around race pace when it starts to hurt which makes me nervous for saturday... I just need to stay in okne piece for one more race.

Rolled out for well over an hour following. Feeling better. Tomorrows run will tell more.
