3mi warm up/3mi tempo/3mi jog/ 3mi tempo/cool down

Had to go in and manually adjust time and distance for the short bit i forgot to start watch.

first time going fast and or long since the marathon. and it felt good!the first set started conservatively (and with a notable uphill) but eventually neg split to an acceptable pace. the next started on pace and stayed there. all in all, it was a smooth and strong run on some awesome new trails. successful day.

probably one of my last runs in my racing flats until race day. slowly ate more honey stinger chews to keep familiarity with those.
