hot afternoon but very tolerable relative to the past few days. Ran at Greys lake in DM. Beautiful day to run there despite these punk ass pokemon go-ers.
Also, a middle-aged lady on a bike past me then slowed down... so I showed her what 9mph felt like and dropped her. I enjoy the little things in life.
