with the exception of a couple long runs, ive felt like my workouts have been lacking: GI problems, dead legs, both...

but today was different. went into the first tempo a little conservative bc of the above notes and the long run last saturday. came out about were i was hoping, just under 6min pace. in the next tempo my legs were a little more tired but i neg split and just pulled throughnice and strong! good day!!
