2:04, 1:58, 2:43, 2:43, 3:26, 3:23 [watch was a little off on 1st and last rep].

I was told not to go all out before Boston. felt smooth but it was difficult not to go out hard with the pack and stay out of the wind. cut the warmup a little close, just about jogged into the first rep, but it worked out.

held steady for the most part and clicked off 40sec 2's pretty much the whole time. even with the wind. the consistency was promising and coach jim kept yelling "Boston PR!" everytime i finished a set, which was reassuring and exciting. i need to put my legs up and rest but im feeling ripe.... also getting excited to rip a 5k on the track ha.
