Notes

ankle update: still felt a little crappy this morning. after warm up and couple reps, I was good to go. had a great workout... the rolled the same ankle on some weird ass crack in the side walk during cool down. it was minor, but enought to make me walk the little bit left home. kinda frustrating but I should be fine. icing now.

10 ish minutes barefoot on turf followed by a jog home for 2+ mi cooldown.

workout felt great. as you can see, some solid neg splits. I had crosswinds on the straights and head wind on the turn coming into the home stretch and it still felt great. my stride felt a little clunky but that may just be the ankle getting back into the swing of things.
