5x1km // ~3min jog --> 3:11, 3:10, 3:06, 3:06, 2:59
Didn't know what was going to happen being that my legs (and whole body) where so sore from the weekend. I set out to do 3:20s and paced off of Steve... which in turn lead me to some hot but consistent splits. I surprised myself. Just about killed myself the last rep to stay on Spencer, but despite my best effort, he ripped a solo 2:48. Had a stomach cramp the last 400 of the last rep, but Good day all in all.
