2 mi warm up

2 mi cool down an the rest of the mileage was filled in from the rest jogs

workout felt golden. everyone took it out hard which is frustrating when the reps were supposed to be at 8k pace but i rolled with it. felt good through and through. after 6 reps, my pack all bowed out so I did the last 2 up with Maccoy and finished strong. overall very consistent which is great. also done entirely in trainers. this is a huge weight off my shoulders after Saturday's less than ideal race.
