2 mi warm up and 2 mi cool down

20x200 on a 2 min interval a little slower than 800 pace then faster on the last 4.

[turns out my watch has a 30 split max. The last 5 are from memory]

All felt really smooth. right about on pace and slowly moving faster. I wanted the last 4 to be faster but the effort was certainly there - cant be too upset after having already done 16 reps. the only rep that did not feel smooth was the last one. my stride felt long and forced coming down the home stretch - not that natural all out feeling.
