5x1km with 3 min rest (after the last person)

ran with new training group today. mainly military guys, but they dragged me through an awesome workout. first speed training since the marathon and god it felt good. note the purdy neg splits. i thought id start soft and work down to a 5k pace or... but i just went off feel and crushed what i thought i was currently capable of. the large rest probably helped. I coulda closed harder, but it wasn't necessary.
