pre race easy run + strides (4x20 sec in last mile of run)
unexpected day off yesterday. wrecked my bike on the morning commute moving at a good click. the hip/groin that had been previously sore or strained must have tensed up and high knee movements were difficult and painful. also spent most of afternoon getting bike fixed.
neck is sore and there are some bruises and scrapes but after icing and rolling, this run felt good, better than expected (but not great).
