Map looks all messed up. i ran back and forth the whole time but it says i sprinted, perpendicular to the trail, up to the summit on the cooldown...
the trail definitely took a lot of pep out of my step. it was soft and a little muddy not to mention the slight grade that wasnt noticeable on the warm-up but a killer during the workout. those even reps burned. felt a little GI issues from the end of rep 4 through rep 5, but I made. Tough but overall good workout. warmed up and cooled down with brian and hunter who did workouts of their own.
