Hip pain hardly noticeable and only in the final reps. There was a mile TT after the last k if we were feeling "froggy", but I was not (unless froggy is my legs being boiled and served on a plate in France) and figured I should be conservative anyway.

Kick ass workout though. Rest was 2 to 3 min - kind of arbitrary bu Jim's watch. Healthy splits with the guys. Held on to the top pack for all but the last rep when the heat (high 70s. Not the hottest but certainly still adjusting to it) started to wear on my, and my stomach felt less than great.

PT appoint tomorrow and hopefully the last. Cant wait to be fast again!
