the plan - 3 mi tempo (or more if i was feeling good) at 5:55 to 6:05 pace based on JD calculator from the last race.
What actually happened...
2.5 mi warm up. feeling sluggish
mile one 6:16 avg
mile two 6:28 avg (including mile one)
felt like shit and work out was shit so i jogged 2.5 mi home.
As much as I want to jump back into mileage, this has been a slap in the phase reminding me I probably shouldn't. I'm cutting mileage back closer to 60 and focusing more on cross training and lifting (like i should be). Im stupid.
