Rest was between 90 sec or 2+ min depending on what coach was feeling. Goal was to step down the pace every 2 reps.
Felt like ass all day at work and my hip felt tight, but after the warm-up, the legs were ready to go. Hip felt good throughout and I hung with the top pack the entire time. We got out a little slow the first rep but I'm very pleased with the splits. I felt like I had another gear in the last one too, which is exciting, but I opted not to strain the hip or race a workout... makes me wanna race though. Need to build a bigger base now.
