2mi warm up

8x300 (supposed to be 3k pace working towards mile... which didn't happen. all were pretty quick)

50, 53, 50, 53, 52, 51, 52, 46

They felt smoother and smoother as i went. I just wanted sub 50 for the last when but it just happened (in trainers) and felt great.

rest was a 200m jog but we had to make some accommodations for ROTC
