mile, 1k, 800, (600 i forgot about), 400, 4x200 w/ 200m rest between all reps
pace started slow and brought down to race pace

the second half of the work out was kinda funky because we didnt know where the lines were on the 800m loop. times are approx but probably pretty close. it all felt fine.
