Heartbreak loop. Christened the new shoes in the Ueland mud.
so tired. After the race/LR, I snowboarded all evening until my legs stopped working. that meant this morning consisted of sleeping in/eating pancakes/napping, pretty much until i put my trainers on around 1:30 pm.
still not sold on the heart rate data. the watch was saying i was 170+ bpm near the end, but once getting to my car, a hand test put me at about 27 beats/15 sec.
