felt kinda meh on the day but the reps were consistent. I was supposed to be around 545 and had to keep reeling the pace back in. moreover, my heart rate never got away from me either. it was nice and smooth. when I finished my "meh" workout, I realized that this was it. the last work out before Chicago and I'm fit, and I earned it. so now im jazzed to go out there and give it my all.
