Vegan by choice, wheat free by necessity. I was marathon-obsessed until I had my daughter, took a few years off, returned to coaching and am happily running again.
Summer 2013: recovering from a meniscus tear, focusing on strength training. Hopefully this autumn I can begin cycling. Running in 2014?? |
