8 min walking warmup at 3.8 mi/hr, 30 mins of 2 min run followed by 2 min walk. Run segments went 4.8, 5.0, 5.2, 5.2, 5.2, 5.4, 5.4. The final 2 mins went 1 min at 5.6, final min at 5.8. Walk segments varied between 3.8 and 3.6.
