Notes

On treadmill. Worked up to 7:30 pace, threw in some 1/4 mill hills (1.5-2%) and occasionallly upped speed to 7:24. Did 6x30 sec (6:00 then worked up to 5:24) with 90 sec recoveries at 7:30 pace.
