Notes
Right knee was pretty sore after last night's baseball game. Wasn't sure if it was a good idea to do the leg workout. It went okay although still very achy.
Did workout D in the program plus additional stuff.
- Goblet squat (3 x 12), 40, 45, 50 lb dumbbell.
- Dumbbell shoulder press (3 x 12), 15, 20, 20 lb dumbbells.
- Dumbbell tripod row (3 x 12), 20, 25, 25 lb dumbbell.
- Dumbbell split squat (3 x 12), 15, 20, 25 lb dumbbells.
- Dumbbell tricep skull crushers (3 x 12), 15, 20, 20 lb dumbbells.
Also did the below:
- Back extensions (2 x 10). 1st set with 5 lb plate fly at top. 2nd with 10 lb plate row at top.
- Angels and devils (1 x 15). Used 2.5 lb plates for 1st 10 then dropped for last 5 reps.
- Did 10 minutes on the reclined exercise bike.
