Notes

giving left knee another day off from running.

was going to swim 700m, figured I'd go for 800. took short breaks at 400m and 600m.

lifted legs before.

squats 3x5, 105, 115, 125 lbs. hope knee is okay with this.

1 leg deadlifts (2x15), 25, 30 lb k-bell.

k-bell swings - 2x25, 25,30 lb k-bell.

1 leg calf raises - 2 x 15, no weight. 2 sec hold for 1st 10, quick last 5.

back extension - 1 set of 10 with no weight.
