LOWER C, - Bridge rotations, 1 x 40. - Angels & devils, 1 x 20 with 2.5 plates + 10 with no weight. - Step ups, 20", 1 x 21 each..- Teardrop squat, 1 x 20, unassisted, 1/2 50%, . - Back squat, 4 x 5, 135, 165, 185, 205. - RDL, 2 legs, 45 lb DBs, 2 x 11. - Wall tib raise, 1 x 30. - Lateral lunges, 35 lb KB, 1 x 11 each side. - Reverse prone squat, 1 leg, 50 lbs, 1 x 15. Didn't do Sled, area was full, forgot knee good mornings.
