did some core stuff.
30 push ups, 10 pull ups, 12 rows, 12 sh press (30 lb d-bells).
3 x 30 sec 1 leg stands on foam pad.
3 x 10 squats, 3 x 15 1 leg calf-raises, 3 x 10 1 leg bridges.
did some side to side shuffles.
