was going to go to the track...decided to do fartlek on the road instead...didn't want to get booted from the track by the marching band again....
after 4 x 20 sec strides, did 3 x 1 min + 6 x 2 min + 3 x 1 min - all with 1 min easy recovery. struggled a bit in the middle - somewhat humid today.
