LOWER B, POWER, SLED, RUN.
- Sled warmup - 5 minutes slow pushing and pulling with 45 lb plate.
- Trap bar deadlift, 4 x 6, bar + 90, 120, 130, 140.
- BOSU squats, 2 x 10.
- Lateral step downs, 2 x 10.
- Walking lunge, 12 lb med ball, 1 lap.
- 1 leg RDL, 2 x 10, 15 lb KB.
- side steps w/green band, 10 lb plate, 1 lap.
- power skips, 2 lengths each vertical and horizontal.
- went for a run then did the sled again for about 5 minutes - same as warmup.
Later took 10 slow sledge swings and then did 1 set each of the Ultimate Bat Speed workout (10 swings each heavy, light, regular), 20 wrist action drill, 10 soccer balls off tee.
