- Single leg RDL, 2 x 10, 15 lb KB.
- Lying triceps extensions, 2 x 10, 8. 25 lb DBs.
- Walking lunge, 12 lb med ball, 1 lap.
- Rotator cuff external rotations, 2 x 15, 10. 5.5 lbs.
- Side steps, 1 lap.
Did grippers later (inverted grip).
