PUSH, CORE.

- Face pulls with lift, 12.5, 1 x 15.

- Cable rotator cuff, 7.5 lbs, 1 x 11 each.

- DB incline, 50 (10), 55 (8), 60 (7)

- BB OHP, 65, 3 x 8, 8, 6.

- Hi/lo cable crossovers, 22.5 lbs, 2 x 12.

- Dips, 2 x 10.

- 1 1/2 lateral raises, 10 lbs, 2 x 12.

- OH carry, 25 lbs, 2 x 65 steps...barely.

- Prone wrist curls, 19 lbs, 1 x 20.

- Wrist curl ladder, 20 lbs, 1 x 10.

CORE

- Hanging x-rays and torso twists - 10 of each. Recline elbow to knee and plank oppo elbow to knee - 20 of each. Oak tree step outs 17.5 lbs and side woodchops w/pivot 12.5 lbs - 20 of each. Pulldowns 57.5 lbs and plank pushaways - 20 of each.

Later did grippers - inverted grip - G 20, S 15, T 10.
