Notes
Did workout D in the program plus additional stuff.
- Goblet squat (3 x 12), 50 lb dumbbell.
- Dumbbell shoulder press (3 x 12), 20 lb dumbbells.
- Dumbbell tripod row (3 x 12), 25 lb dumbbell.
- Dumbbell split squat (3 x 12), 25 lb dumbbells.
- Dumbbell tricep skull crushers (3 x 12), 20 lb dumbbells. Couldn't finish last set.
Also did the below:
- Back extensions (2 x 10). 1st set with 5 lb plate fly at top. 2nd with 10 lb plate row at top.
- Angels and devils (1 x 15). Used 2.5 lb plates for 1st 12 then dropped for last handful of reps.
- Did 10 minutes + 3 min cooldown on the elliptical after doing some mobility stuff to test the knee. Knee has been really sore lately.
