workout "H". - barbell back squat. 3 x 5, 135, 145, 155. - barbell overhead press. 3 x 5, 65, 75, 65. - barbell underhand row. 3 x 8, 75. - dumbbell Bulgarian split squat. 3 x 8, 25 lb dumbbells. - tricep skull crusher with curl bar. 2 x 8, 35 lbs. - back extensions with reverse fly. 2 x 10, 10 lb dumbbells. - angels & devils. 1 x 20, 2.5 lbs for 15, none for 5. - rotator cuff - static cable. 1 x 10 each side. 7.5. - did back stretch before and after. - ran 2.5 miles after.
