Combo Long Run / Fartlek at Interval pace. 2 miles easy then did 4x2 min I (1 min rec) + 4x1min (30 sec rec) + 4x30 sec (30 sec rec). 12 min easy then 4x40 sec R with 2 min rec. ~2 mile cool down. Tough run - the 30 sec intervals were on the Elmwood hill.
