did some rolling.

planks - also tried side planks with leg raises - 10 each side. tough - especially with achy left hip flexor.

back extensions - 12 with no weight.

30 push ups, 10 pull ups, 13 sh press (30 lb d-bells), 10 TRX rows.

tired - not enough sleep + tough w/e runs
