supported db rows (20 lbs x 20);

1 arm shoulder press (15 lb x 20).

knee raises (20)

russian twists (8 lb ball x 20 each side)

back extensions (no weight, 10)

did dumbbell rotator cuff exercises.

1 min stand on each leg

10 min on exercise bike - levels 1 - 6.
