- Chin ups, 3 x 10, 10, 8.
- CS DB row, 30 lbs, 3 x 10, 10, 8.
- Straight arm pushdown, 40 lbs, 2 x 15.
- DB high pull, 20 lbs, 2 x 10.
- EZ curl, 60 lbs, 2 x 7, 6.
- Farmer carry, 75 lb DBs, 2 x 50 steps.
- Back extensions, 1 leg alternate - 1 x 10 no weight.
- Side back extensions, 1 x 10 each side.
- Back extensions with Y. 5 lb DBs, 1 x 8.
- Windmills, low. 10 lb KB. 1 x 10 each side.
- Supination/pronation - 17.5 lbs, 1 x 25.
- Radial/ulnar deviation - 7.5 lbs for 25, 5.5 lbs for 20.
Later did gripper (regular) grip and elastic band exercises.
